The inaugural Chandler’s Ford Beer Festival has been hailed a fantastic success after welcoming more than 1,000 people across two days of great drinks, food, live music and community spirit.
The festival exceeded expectations, with visitors coming together to enjoy a packed weekend in a friendly and vibrant atmosphere. However, behind the success of the event was an impressive team effort from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Freemasons, their families and a dedicated group of volunteers.
Dozens of volunteers gave up their time throughout the weekend, taking on everything from setting up and stocking the bars to pouring pints, selling raffle tickets and helping ensure the festival ran smoothly.
Their hard work and enthusiasm helped make the first Chandler’s Ford Beer Festival a weekend to remember – while also achieving something even more important for the local community.
Thousands of pounds were raised for local charities, ensuring the success of the festival will have a positive impact well beyond the event itself.
The organisers would like to extend their sincere thanks to everyone who attended, every volunteer who contributed their time and energy, and the sponsors whose support and belief helped make the inaugural festival possible.
The event provided another fantastic example of Freemasonry in the Community, with Freemasons working alongside families, friends, volunteers and local people to support worthwhile causes while bringing the community together.
With more than 1,000 visitors, thousands raised for charity and an overwhelmingly positive response, the first Chandler’s Ford Beer Festival has certainly set the bar high.
And the good news is – it will be back.
